Established in 1986

The South Central Ohio Industrial Park was purchased by Greenfield in the 1980's and has been a great investment for the community. Industries in and near the industrial park currently provide more than 300 full-time jobs and ship their products all over the United States. In 2018, SiteOhio authenticated 115 acres following a rigorous certification procedure, and new development opportunities are available through the Village of Greenfield and the Greenfield Community Improvement Corporation. 

Our Goal

Our goal is simple: create an atmosphere where jobs are created and maintained, continuing Greenfield's proud tradition of being a manufacturing center in South Central Ohio. Innovators are welcome to Greenfield, where challenges are treated as opportunities and where the American dream of working, owning a home, raising a family, and pursuing happiness have been played out, generation after generation, since 1799.
